Double Widget Displaying

Hi, plugin displays widget sometimes at twice in Admin dashboard and exists in some cases twice checkboxes in top option bar from WP dashboard. And I observed unsightly behavior with other plugins. Could imagine that’s also css conflict with names or ID’s exists. Maybe if popups ohter Wp or plugin messages on top.
