I have my permalink structure for posts set to /%postname%/
So posts should be mywebsite/postname – and if I click the links on my blog, that’s where it leads me. SO everything seems to be in order.
However, when I find my posts on Google the links show up like this: mywebsite/postname/postname-4

Does anyone know what causes this and what I can do to fix it?
Tnx
]]>I tried searching Google using site:gizmoplans.com
and could not replicate what you are seeing. It could be an old index that Google have. In order to ask Google to reindex (recrawl) your site please see this link for details: Ask Google to recrawl your URLs.
If after a suitable amount of time the problem still persists reply back on this thread and I’ll see if we can come up with another answer.
Good luck!
Dave
