Double URL Issues

Hi all,

I’m having this strange problem with my theme having a double URL.

First off when you click the header logo, it opens up https://putmeonwp.com/heroproductions/https://putmeonwp.com/heroproductions/

Also in my custom fields (with a custom post type) in Experiences, it says the right URL in the img src source code, however when hovering over it it displays the domain name twice.

What could be causing this?
