• Hi there,
I use your plugin for a while.
Mostly, all of the transaction trackings work fine but from time to time there are orders that count 2, for example someone order 1 product in order X, and the data sent to analytics is double.. like he bought 2 – so that the price.
What can be the reason for that?
Is cache plugin like wp-rocket can cause this? (maybe user has some cache in their browsers from old version?, maybe the caching has some mistake in firing the tags in every page, any solution for prevent this to happened even when cache is enabled on website)?
I’d like to ask for your help to fix this issue.
    Many thanks.

    Hi @dror9098,

Thanks for posting and reviewing us..!!

The query you have raised should be in support threads. Since you have raised it here let us help you out.

First of all, we would like to mention that we never encountered such an issue occurring due to the cache plugin so it doesn’t seem to be a cache issue.

Now to identify the issue we would need your input. Could you please look at your GA and see if this is for any specific browser+device pattern?

Also, please confirm that there are no duplicate GA tracking snippets at the thankyou page.

    Thanks & Regards,
    Tatvic Analytics.

    Hi there,
    Thanks for your reply.
Can we discuss about it by email?
Basically, the double transaction appear with the following details:
Platform: Mobile + APPLE Safari browser Version 14.0
It shows “2 different user type” – (New Visitor + Returning Visitor) in analytics for the same order ID transaction (the double transaction).

    Thanks!
