    Hi

My product pages are being double tracked in GA4.

I have the GA4 tag added to GTM so my whole website is covered. Howevrr, this tag wont pick up specific e-commerce events like add to cart so I installed your plugin.

Unfortunately now i have double product views, double add to cart etc on all product pages. I dont really know what to do.

I am very much a novice with all of this – Any help would be most appreciated. I am certain this only recently started happening as we tested the tags a month ago and they were all working correctly.

    Thanks
    Alex

Hi @alex2021, if you have multiple pixels set up on your site, for example with this extension and GTM, then there will be duplicate events tracked in Google Analytics. I recommend that you only use one extension for tracking on your site.

Hi @alex2021. Do you have “Enable standard tacking” checked for Google Analytics Integration in WooCommerce > Settings > Integrations?

Hi @alex2021. I recommend checking the “Enable standard tracking” box and deactivating the other plugin that you’re using for Google Analytics. With that box checked, WordPress pages will be included in Analytics in addition to WooCommerce pages. I hope that helps!
