With the XPS plugin activated I am getting two “shipment tracking” boxes in my orders and in the emails sent to customers.

Going to an older version of the plug in corrected this. I am currently looking for 2.0.2, any direction would be fantastic.

Still looking for a fix, I do not want to be stuck on this old plug in.

After chatting with the folks in support I was told the latest 2.0.5 would correct this issue. It did not. I am hoping to find an earlier version. The only one published on the plugin page is 1.0.2. I am hoping to find a newer version.

Thank you, is it possible to upload the versions on the plugin page? I can’t be the only one after an older version.

So far, we haven’t been able to replicate the issue you are experiencing, and don’t have any reports of other users experiencing it. This leads us to believe that the issue may be how the plugin is interacting with other plugins you have. At this time, we aren’t able to upload previous versions. We’re continuing to research solutions, and your feedback to questions from the tech support team on the separate email thread will be valuable.

Our tech feller figured out a workaround. I am told to post this here to share and maybe help the next update correct this issue?

The issue appears to be a “conflict” between the xps-ship-integration plugin and the woocommerce-shipment-tracking plugin (https://wordpress.com/plugins/woocommerce-shipment-tracking). Commenting out lines 36-40 in the class-webship-shipment-tracking.php file (in version 2.0.7 of xps-ship-integration) seems to have resolved this. These lines introduce actions into the “manage_shop_order_posts_columns” and “managed_shop_order_posts_custom_colum” hooks that display the tracking number. Turns out the woocommerce-shipment-tracking plugin does the same thing, hence two tracking numbers.

Keep in mind: this is purely a cosmetic error — it only appears on the Orders page on the admin dashboard, not customer-facing docs like invoices and such.

Go ahead and pass this along to the XPS folks, see if this helps them figure things out. ?? Let me know how this goes.
