Double Thumbnail Images

I just started having the same problem too. Did you ever find an answer?

I have the same issue with thumbnail-for-excerpts plugin

you have to add // to line 19 :
add_filter(“the_excerpt”,”tfe_put_image”);
so it becomes
//add_filter(“the_excerpt”,”tfe_put_image”);
or simply remove this line
