Double slash in URL

I have been having SEO issues due to a double slash in the URL (//js/frontend.js):
https://beautycrushskin.com.au/wp-content/plugins/minmax-quantity-for-woocommerce//js/frontend.js?ver=5.8.3This has come up in many SEO reports and affects over 6000 inlinks.
