Double query loop, if have customdfield

So, here is a little problem, that i want to solve.
On homepage i do normal loop on each article and display 10 of them. Now on top of normal blog roll, i want to make “graphical” version of 5 newest news, that have custom field with image (depends of existing of custom field), so i can do kind of slider of them. And if the post was displayed it this top loop, it should not be displayed in other news in next loop. Also first loop should check no only 10 newest post to find for example 5 posts with custom field added, but as many as needed. The second loop may show 10 newests posts, excluding those, which was showed on top loop.
Any clue how to do this kind of task?
