Double Quanity added to cart

    We are selling a bundle of 10 individual tickets to an event. When you choose 1 table of 10 tickets, the cart shows the correct amount 1 Table of 10 for $400 (sale rate). However when you get to the checkout, it doubles the quantity – so 1 table of 10 for $400 plus 10 tickets at $45, bringing the total to over $850.

    What could be triggering the double quantity at checkout?

    Are you using any plugin about the “dynamic pricing” or “price for user role” plugin? Our plugin was recognized that doesn’t work correctly with these plugins. We’re working on this issue.

    No – we are not using either of those plugins.

    Your plugin has worked brilliantly for the past 4 years on that site, and the bug is only recent.

    I suspect the problem may be at the Events Tickets Plus end as I have just tested another bundle plugin and it is throwing the same error.

    I have logged a ticket with Events Tickets Plus to see if they can shed any light.
