Thanks for the web page link. The second button is also coming from “Easy Digital Downloads” plugin but it only comes when browser does not have a “Java Script” enabled.

When I take a closure look, I can see that you site CSS have forcefully displayed it. Please refer below screenshot

You can use below modified CSS.

body.edd-js input.edd-no-js {
  display: none;
}

@matthias70 may be you have the same problem. Please take a look at button styling.

But just wondering…why would this have changed? This was not happening prior to recent EDD updates.

May be in recent version some CSS have been changed so your theme CSS became prior to EDD.
