Double posts are shown

Hi there!
I’ve installed plugin and made changes in index.php file.
So post grid works, but there is a problem. I used plugin for already existed posts on the website. Plugin transformed it, but left old version of posts on the same page right after grid. Take a look at https://www.interesdo.com and scroll down.

As admin, I see the same posts on my panel. So I’m not able to delete “second” post, because there isn’t such. Solution should be different.
