Double Posts all feeds

It worked on older versions of WP but not the newest. It double-posts all broadcasts. Two broadcast boxes appear, (both for Facebook and Twitter). The first and second entries are identical. The first block is editable but the second one is locked down and cannot be edited. When the post is broadcast, it posts both the editable version and the locked down version. So, the second locked down version needs to be eliminated somehow… Thanks.
