double posting using Graphene Template

I am seeing double post on my home page list using excerpt, I don’t see it on other pages including home page! It’s always the new post, then it’s not see when I list a new post. That new post is doubled! I viewed the page.php and only see one listing of <? php the_content (); ?>. Can some one suggest where else to look and how can I correct this problem!

Second problem using the same theme, I had a custom login page to that theme that I liked. I have installed OpenID Selector plugin not thinking that it would affect my login page and now I get the WP OpenID Login page that I don’t like (sorry). I have tried to deactivate it, however, I still get the WP logo OpenID page, but only a shorter version of it! I would like to get that custom login page back! Any suggestion on that I would appreciate it
