Double posting

    I’m having a problem with double posting. It doesn’t happen on my “Home” page but does happen on my “About Me” and “My Diet” pages.

    Also how do I make the center column not so wide? The site looks fine with Firefox but looks strange with Safari. I was thinking that it may have something to do with the center column width but that was just a guess.

    I really have no idea what I’m doing so any help would be appreciated.
