I think this is happening because you appear to be using the Dlvr.it service:

https://dlvr.it/

I can’t say for sure, but I think what’s occurring is that, when a post goes out, Publicize sends it to all your networks, but then Dlvr.it is also re-posting it. You will probably want to disable that functionality so that Publicize is the only service posting to your social networks.
