• Been using this for 2 years, it’s been running right until around June, it’s starting to do double post each day instead of just posting once as it’s always been. No settings were changed. What do you need to diagnosis this?

    Hi,

I assume you are using the Auto Post action module. I cannot see the problem in my development environment.

You should check Call Count in the Next Run column in the task listing table and see if it is doubled as well.

    Also, I’d like to know:

    – which occurrence type such as Fixed Interval, Specific Time, or Daily.
    – which version of WordPress
    – which version of Task Scheduler
    – which version of Auto Post (probably v1.2.1)
    – whether it occurs with a different action such as Email, Debug etc.

Also when you diagnose the problem, it is strongly recommended to temporarily deactivate all the other plugins and switch back to the default theme. If it is difficult to do, you should create a clean-installed separate test site.

    Run Count:650

which occurrence type such as Fixed Interval, Specific Time, or Daily. DAILY
    – which version of WordPress WordPress 4.8.2
    – which version of Task Scheduler Version 1.4.5
    – which version of Auto Post (probably v1.2.1) Version 1.2.1
    – whether it occurs with a different action such as Email, Debug etc. I don’t use any other action.

    Hello,

I don’t use any other action.

Try the followings and let me know the result.
    – create a test task with different actions and see if the task runs twice at a time. You can check that by checking the Call Count getting double-incremented.
    – check if the Call Count gets double-incremented with a different occurrence type.
