Double post

As said by many users : this plugin keeps sending twice each new post.
Plus adding a checkbox to send/not send the update was great, but we shouldn’t have to do that. Every other plugin that send to Twitter or Facebook knows automatically when a post was already sent and prevent it to be resent. So this plugin should also know that “publish” and “update” are two different things.

But the most important, please, correct this double (or even triple sometimes !) posting in Discord every time a post is published!
