    Howdy!

Thanks so much for this implementation, after searching for the exact feature set of PhotoSwipe on a number of paid plugin boards (and owning a great zoomer that just doesn’t do what’s here, namely allow clicking/tapping a small version to inspect full screen), I check www.remarpro.com and found your plugin.

Because of the “simplicity” I knew I was in for a challenge because I’m using Visual Composer on my site. Where I’d usually write my own HTML/CSS to achieve the look I need to be more familiar with that plugin for another upcoming project. So I knew the “it just attaches to new images” was gonna be a problem.

My solution was to not use Visual Composer in one spot so your plugin would write the appropriate HTML and then copy that as a template to use in Visual Composer’s HTML object. That worked fine.

But here’s the rub: on both the non-Visual Composer page (https://www.theclubside.com/sample-page/) and the Visual Composer post (https://www.theclubside.com/1992/10/07/volume-1-number-1/) when the picture is clicked/tapped a full screen version shows up with a close ‘x’ in the upper right that has to be dismissed to get to the PhotoSwipe functionality. I’ve tried removing the default “link to Media File” on the sample page but that makes PhotoSwipe go away. What has to be done to get only the PhotoSwipe functionality rather than the current double fullscreen view?

    Chris

    Hi @clubside!

    Glad to hear that!
As for your issue, apparently there’s another plugin that’s similar to PhotoSwipe called “Swipebox”. Look for that plugin in your admin interface and see if you can disable it. It might be an option in your theme on in Visual Composer.

    Regards,
