    Hi, it sounds like you have 2 different lightbox plugins running on your site.

    Here are instructions for identifying the 2nd lightbox

    Also, if you can provide a link to a page that exhibits the issue you are experiencing, I’d be glad to take a closer look.

    Hi, sorry for not following up sooner – yes, I did find the problem, and your suggestion of 2 different lightbox functionalities running at the same time was right – the theme I’m using has that built in to the theme, so when I added the plugin, it happened twice.
