Double players are showing.

This is the easiest player I’ve found, and the most elegant. However, on one of my sites, two players show when I embed one link.
The first player will not play, but expands. The second player is the working player.
This is the case with a variety of browsers. There are no other audio players activated on this site.
What should I do next?
