  • Hey there, @kahmeel! Thanks for contacting us. I’m happy to help you.

Can you please share a screenshot of what you are seeing on your end so we can get a better understanding of what is happening? Please make sure to remove any sensitive information before posting it here.
I recommend using https://snipboard.io. You can share the direct link to the image as a response to this topic.

When you deactivated all plugins, did you also switched to a default theme such as Storefront?

Furthermore, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors.
You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.

I had the same issue. If anyone else runs into this issue and is using Admin Menu Editor, that was the problem. Disabling it removes the double ‘order’ submenu item. I’ve messaged the developer to let them know.
