Double order confirmations by Paypal checkout Sandbox

    When i made several test payments with PP Checkout, the test buyer receives 2 identical order confirmations.
    My site currency is set to EUR.
    The first order confirmation is sent in EUR and the other in USD.
    When changing the site to USD currency there are still 2 order confirmations sent, both in USD.
    All other test payment methodes sends 1 order confirmation to test buyer.
    Does the double order confirmation by PP Checkout only occurs in sandbox?
    Or did I miss something to prevent sending double confirmations?
    Pls help me out.
