    Hi, I am currently using the free version of Fluent CRM, Fluent Forms and Fluent SMPT to test before I buy. I have configured my email with SMPT and test works fine. I have sent an email through a campaign which works fine but confirmation emails for double optin on forms is not sending.

    What have I missed?

    You can check the email log in FluentSMTP where you can see an error for the failed email. If you can provide a screenshot of the error, we can understand the problem more clearly.
