Double opt-in, worked fine last week, not working this week

    Hi,

    I use MailChimp for WordPress Lite v 2.3.4

    Website https://www.sophrosynergy.com

    I use the form within the plug in with a double opt-in flow.

    Last week, I tested every presentation of the form on the website and received messages correctly to confirm the email address. I even had new subscribers.

    However, this week. All the tests I have done have failed, and one subscriber had contacted me stating that they had not received any email notification to confirm their email address.

    Please can you advise.

    Hi PierinoGattei,

    Can you let us know if you have done anything with your website, ie. update our (or other) plugin, WP core, made changes to your MailChimp list? Either one of those could potentially cause an issue. Also, when you say your tests have failed, what exactly happens? Do you get an error and if so, what kind? More details will help us help you better! ??

    I just installed the plugin and double opt in isn’t working. If I set double opt-in to No then it works but with double opt in turned on I never receive the confirmation email.
