Double-Opt-In-Mail not sent

    Hi,
    I have integrated the cleverreach form on our multisite. But no double-opt-in-mail is sent – neither is there an option to choose to send a double-opt-in-mail or not (as announced in your plugin description). If using the original form of cleverreach, double-opt-in is working without any problems.
