Double Opt-in doesn’t send confirmation email

    With the 4.0 version, Double Opt-in doesn’t send confirmation email to the subscriber.

    Simply, subscriber doesn’t receive email for confirmation subscription.

    One of the sites is premiarti.it, but I’m saying this after several tests made.
