double opt-in automatically after adding contact as pending

    Hi and thanks you for an excellent plugin!

    I’m adding contacts from BuddyBoss via an automation made in AutomatorWP. When I add new contacts I add them as pending. Is there a way of automatically send new contacts added as pending a double opt-in mail?

    Hi @bba01, If you set the contact’s status to ‘Pending’, they’ll get the double opt-in email automatically. Once they confirm, their subscription status will change to ‘Subscribed’

    I tried to add a contact with automarWP as pending and it didn’t work. Have you tried doing that? It did work when I added a contact manually through FluentCRM.

    Hi @bba01, Sorry I didn’t get the email notification. We had a problem with AutomatorWP before, can you check if it works now?
