Double Opt in abandoned cart email

    Hallo,

    All customers who cancel the shopping cart will also receive an abandoned cart email. this is not allowed in germany.

    Can You give me a PHP code or Something so that the customers who have not been checked are not added to my list do not receive an abandoned cart email???

    this is not permitted because of the GDPR!

    @skywalker7188 We’re currently working on a solution for this. At the moment I do not have a time frame as to when it will be complete but I can assure you we will update this thread to let you know when it is complete.

    In the meantime we don’t really have a workaround.

    Hi @skywalker7188, thank you for your patience. We’re happy to announce that in the latest version of the plugin (v2.6), we’ve added finer controls over the syncing process. This includes your request to exclude cart tracking for abandoned carts. Here is a snapshot of the plugin settings if you need a visual reference: https://a.cl.ly/L1uWLz4A. You’ll find this settings area under the Audience tab in the plugin.
