    Hi everyone,

    I created a form for a newsletter and added a privacy policy field. Now I like to add an email notification for the people who registered for the newsletter, so they can confirm the registration for the newsletter (Double Opt-In).

    Can I do this with the forminator plugin? And if yes, how can I do this?

    Hi @arccharge

    I hope you’re well today!

    You can set notifications for any of the Forminator forms but the plugin itself isn’t a “lead capturing” plugin on it’s own.

    Instead you can use it with some external service such as e.g. MailChimp for things like newsletters and similar “subscription based” communication. It has multiple integrations built-in for this (e.g. MailChimp, ActiveCampaign, Aweber etc) and all these services allow setting up double opt-in which is then handled by them directly (as confirmation of the subscription is relevant for their services anyway).
