Double notifications to all subscribers

    I have noticed that my website https://www.hope-challenged.com is sending out double notifications to my subscribers when I post on my blog. I have no idea what to fix.

    One of my subscribers wrote:

    “Dvora, I am receiving your blog post from WordPress and from you at this address ([email protected]).

    Is it possible for you to remove one or the other?”

    Can someone advise how to correct this issue? I am also personally receiving double notifications.
