    I have autoresponder list in getresponse and it list work properly. I set Optin Form in my website and if I subscribe my autoresponder through Optin form, then I receive double message from autoresponder list. In other cases (other webistes with plain subscribe form) this autoresponder work properly.

    What is the reason this error? It must be something in Optin Form pluggin.

    I would also advise you to try asking with the customer support of GetResponse.

    I use widget Optin Form in my blog (on wordpress), which integrated with my getresponse. I set in Optin Form my autoresponder and if I subscribe through widget Optin, then I received double message. Now I don’t receive any message. My autoresponder is correct, because if I subscribe in blog from other widget, then this work properly. So the error is with widget Optin Form. What can I do?

    Hello there,

    I would like to ask you to check the form settings and save it even if there are no any changes to be made.

    Then if the issue persists then please double check if there are two subscription being made for the same person in your lists in Get Response account.

    If the issue still persists, then most likely there is a conflict in between our plugin and your theme or another plugin.

    To search for conflicts, please follow these steps.

    1. First please deactivate all plugins except Optin Cat and see if the issue persists.
    2. If the issue is resolved, reactivate your plugins one by one to see if the issue returns.
    3. If no conflict is found among your plugins, try reverting to a default WP theme like ‘Twenty Sixteen’, or ‘Twenty Seventeen’, and see if the issue is resolved.

    If you find a conflict with a plugin or theme, please let us know what was causing the issue.

    were you able to isolate any conflicts? We’ve received no other reports of this, so it would seem very likely that another piece of software is causing interference.
