double menu (1 active) after backup

Hello,

After backup with UpdraftPlus Backup and Restoration, the home page is loading a double menu and logo only one of them active. The page should load one menu in the center (active one), without logo, and on scroll the menu should move to the right and display the logo.
Now, on loading, both situations are displayed. I have uninstalled the backup plugin, I have reinstalled the theme, I do not know what to do next.
I would appreciate some advice – slowly and detailed – I have created the website in wysiwyg.
