    Upon logging in as a Vendor via the front end Woocommerce login form I am taken to the Frontend Vendor Dashboard. From the Frontend Vendor Dashboard I can do things like view orders and edit the profile text without issue.

    If I try to upload a Vendor Logo or Banner image I get a WordPress upload error and am logged out of the Vendor account.

    If I try to go to the Product Manager I am redirected to wp-login and I have to login as the Vendor again before accessing the Backend Vendor Dashboard.

    If I login to the Vendor account via wp-login initially, I can access the Product Manager from the Frontend Dashboard without the double login as well as upload the Vendor Logo and Banner.

    This leads me to believe that the front end login form is somehow not logging the Vendor account all the way in. I don’t think this is a universal issue with the front end Woocommerce login form because I can log in with my Admin account via the front end form with no issues.

    Woocommerce and WC Marketplace plugins are all up-to-date.

  • @ktand This might be a plugin confliction, just to be sure please disable all the plugin except WooCommerce and WC Marketplace. Then, log-in as a vendor and try doing the tests again i.e. – go-to product manager and – upload logo and banner.

    It was the weekend and I hadn’t gotten to doing anything with this.

    If a plugin conflict turns out not to be the issue I will create a new thread.
