Double lightbox on Pinnacle Theme

Hey,

Have you tried clearing your cache after turning the galleries off?

I just tested on my site and turning off the galleries disabled the theme lightbox.

Anybody knows how to turn off Pinnacle default lightbox using CSS, maybe that would help?Not sure if it’s possible, just thinking out loud..

From Appearance > Widgets add a text widget to one of your footer columns and paste this into it:

I’m sorry but now I noticed that this script has removed also my lightbox, so it didn’t work as I hoped. Thank you again for your help. I’m still open to suggestions.

That script was removing the lightbox from your plugin? If you want to remove the theme lightbox just for that one page you can add that scirpt into the page itself using the text tab.

Thank you for your reply. Actually I want to remove the theme lightbox on the whole page, not just one. But when I insert the script into the widget, my lightbox and the theme lightbox on the whole page disappeared together. So when I click on an image it opened it on a blank page without any lightbox.

What lightbox are you adding? I only see that your adding a gallery which has it’s own lightbox for that gallery but that shouldn’t be effected by the script. Can you add the script so I can see what your seeing?

I added the script and now everything is working fine. I didn’t do anything different except clearing the cache. Perhaps this was an issue. Anyway, the problem is solved. Thank you very much again for your help and fast response. I wish you all the best!
