Double Invoices issue

Hello,
I’ve got the free PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce, I use a third party booking system “Amelia” that create a single item in woocommerce with a variable price to book appointment in my calendar. Sometimes, it happens that for some orders I receive 2 invoices for only 1 order. As it the invoicing system was triggered twice. I also receive 2 emails with the 2 invoices whereas I only receive 1 email for the order.
Do you guys have any clue on what happens ? The Amelia support tells me that this is not on their their side.
