Double Image on Category List page

Hi, just updated to WP 4.3.1 and the Category List page (sowing all category entries) is now showing two copies of the image posted on the testimonial, both slightly different sizes but side by side, although when the entry is displayed on its own it shows just the one image… see https://glass.adnoctum.com/testimonials/ for the dev/uat site – any ideas?
