Double headings in event details

We’re seeing two sets of headings when viewing an event’s details. H1 as the page title (from the theme? Avada) and H2 within the event details – both with the same text.
Is there a way to hide the H2? We would prefer to have one heading in an event’s details, and that it be an H1.
