Double frame issue

Hi guys,
Got this issue with a new pop-up I made.
For some reason, when i create the pop-up it appears that inner border inside the “normal” border.
How can I remove that?
If I click inside the pop-up it disappears, but I never set it up so no idea why it appears. Any idea?
