    Good day,

When a specific category is selected (e.g. /events/category/[category-name]), attempting to subscribe to the calendar via Outlook 365 results in a double-escaped URL, which Outlook does not like.

This is the original URL being generated. You can see it is double escaped: https://outlook.office.com/owa?path=%2Fcalendar%2Faction%2Fcompose&rru=addsubscription&url=webcal%253A%252F%252Fwww.jwcc.edu%252F%253Fpost_type%253Dtribe_events%2526tribe_events_cat%253Dacademic%2526eventDisplay%253Dlist%26ical%3D1&name=JWCC+JWCC

Example double-escaped URL that ends up in Outlook: webcal%3A%2F%2Fwww.jwcc.edu%2F%3Fpost_type%3Dtribe_events%26tribe_events_cat%3Dacademic%26eventDisplay%3Dlist&ical=1

    Example good URL: webcal://www.jwcc.edu/?post_type=tribe_events&tribe_events_cat=academic&eventDisplay=list&ical=1

Outlook works excellently with the second, but not the first. I imagine this just needs to be escaped one less time somewhere and that would fix it.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hey @leonardcraft

I could confirm the same scenario in the event category page on my end. Let me check the team regarding this and will get back to you once I know more.

    Hi @leonardcraft

The team has responded, and they have mentioned that this issue was resolved in last week’s release (see Fixes). Would you mind updating your copy of The Events Calendar and circling back to me if it resolves the issue?
