Very weird. Are you getting duplicate entries all the time or just for specific ones? What Caldera Forms version are you using?
As for the date – they actually should be strings. Are you formatting them in Sheets by any chance? What PHP version are you using?

I get duplicate entries all the time. I think I’m using the latest Caldera forms version since there is no notice to update the plugin.

the date format is already fix. But the double entry is not.

Can you please check Caldera plugin version in Plugins screen? Also what PHP version does your server use?

Do you have other Processors defined for your form? Did you by any chance define Sheets processor twice?

I think I might have. But the first one was an error because I have not connected the Google API so it might not went through. May caldera form version is 1.8.11. I don’t know where to find my PHP version.

It’s serving on PHP7.3, I’ve checked on my cPanel.

Found it! I had two similar processors on caldera forms, thus making duplicate entries. Thank you for the idea!
