Double emails

Hi,
The user have a lot of CF7 form on the website. Everything work fine, only on the Russin version of the website the user receive the emails twice (https://ru.asystems.as/hogan-club-leaders-styles/)? or 4 times from the form (https://ru.asystems.as/online-intensiv-os-hogan).
Additionally, the problem seems to be random, so there is no rules that this form create duplication every time and the other send the emails always 4 times.
I checked the forms (mail tab) and all of the setup seems to be totally correct.
Please be so kind and let me know, how can I solve this problem?
Is it maybe some external issue?
The topic is really important for the user, because of some statistic related issues.
