    It was problem from another plugin (Archivarix External Images Importer).

    No problem, thank you for reporting.

    I’ll try to fix the issue, maybe it is possible to notify Archivarix External Images Importer that a file has been changed.

    Hi @siarzhukby,
    I just relased version 3.2.1 that fixes the issue, you can use both Phoenix Media Rename and Archivarix External Images Importer.
