Double discount problem for reseller customers

    Hello, I have the premium version of your plugin, but it is my provider who has the license key, so I can’t use the premium support to contact you… My problem is the following: When I put items in promotion in my shop at for example -15%, for normal customers it is displayed correctly. But for the resellers to whom I applied a -40% discount with your tool, it adds the -15% to the -40% that is already applied for them. How can I exclude the promotional price from the reseller roles ?

    I don’t use any plugins for my promotions, other than Woocommerce simply and the discount applied to the product.

    The only discount that is applied via a plugin is with Booster for reseller roles.

    Thanks for your message. Currently there is no feature to use regular price instead of sale price at user role discount price calculation. We have added this in To-Do list. We will try to add this feature in upcoming updates.

    I agree, it makes more sense to me, as the reseller should not have a double discount, otherwise it is clearly not advantageous for us. The most logical thing is that the price per role is based on the normal price and not the discounted price, why not do it like that directly ? I would like to understand ??
