DOUBLE DISCOUNT / GIFTCARD LINE on INVOICE

  • Hello Team,

    I met an issue recently on this website. My customer is using DOKAN + Woocommerce + Dokan Invoice + [PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce] to send invoice to customer.

    She is using SMART COUPONS FOR WOOCOMMERCE plugin to create et generate coupon for customer. It worked well but recently TWO LINES are display on the invoice. Before, there were just the GIFTCARD DISCOUNT line on the invoice when a giftcard coupon were used, then when it were a normal discount code used she just had the line with discount on the invoice.

    But now, customers are using just GIFTCARD COUPON CODE and the both line are display. Which is a issue for accounting purpose.. Can you help me to find the issue please?

    I have TOTAL TTC 75€
    REMISE which is NORMAL DISCOUNT -50€
    CARTE CADEAU UTILISE which is GIFTCARD DISCOUNT -50€
    both -50€ but “Reste à payer” which is the BALANCE TO PAY is 25€ – so I have two times -50€ so one line “REMISE” is display but should’nt be there in this case.

    I try with other invoice, same conclusion.

    Hi @melvinlsm974,

    It sounds like the coupon code that you are using is not using the WooCommerce standards to set the discounts. I could try helping you writing a code snippet to hide one of the duplicated lines, but could you please send me first a screenshot of the details for the order #16107?
