• Not enough to throttle use for free plan, you also have to add an insidious footer ad and obsessively enforce it like a fat kid in the lunch room with his precious piece of chocolate cake?

This is such an excellent example of a SAAS organization gone wrong: Overcharging for basic plans while offering mediocre, bloated, half-baked software solutions.

I look forward to the day (coming soon) when nitropack is disrupted, cancelled, metoo’d and 7 other horrible internet comeuppances.

    Hello MechaWear,

Thank you for sharing your opinion!

We’ve always been very clear that the Free Plan adds a small badge at the bottom of websites’ footer. We’ve stated it on our pricing page (https://nitropack.io/pricing) and in our product’s documentation (https://bit.ly/3rd2HyO).

This doesn’t affect NitroPack’s performance in any way. Our Free Plan still comes with all the features that premium plans have.

Also, we place the badge at the bottom of all websites, ensuring it doesn’t cause problems for the visitor’s experience.

On top of that, we don’t ask for a credit/debit card, and we haven’t put a time limit on the plan. Anyone can use the Free Plan for as long as they need to.

Simply put, we’ve built the Free Plan in a way that lets everyone experience NitroPack’s optimizations without risking anything.

    Regards!
