    Hello everyone,

I have an issue on my website where I have 2 cookie banners.

    • One of them is from the plugin “CookieYes”
    • The other one, if I believe the inspect tool, is from the theme twenty twenty two

It makes no sense for me as I’m not even using the theme twenty twenty two, and even after deleting it from my backend the banner still appear.

I don’t know how to remove it, and it bother me because this one is very intrusive, blocking the navigation.

I don’t have any other cookie plugin, I clean the cache several time, but the problem persist and I am now clueless. If anyone have a solution, that would be awesome !

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @minibol

I would be happy to assist. I do see one pop-up cookie prompt and another that is fixed icon. You may need to manually edit a theme file to remove the one that you do not want.

I edited my post above. What browser are you seeing this in? I am using google and the two cookie widgets appear a little different but the solution should be to edit your theme pages. I know you mentioned that you deleted a previous theme but that theme may have already modified some pages that your current theme is using.

Have you cleared your browser cache?

    Hello,

    Sorry for the late reply,

I finally understood where the problem is coming from. This banner is actually not from a previous theme, but from Ezoic. It is an ad manager like ad sense, I signup to it and they are the ones who added this second cookie banner. Apparently I can manage the setting from my Ezoic account.

thanks for helping me anyway, I appreciate, have a lovely day ??
