    Patrick,
    As requested posted here:
When i cancel a payment for a reservation as a customer i get back rerouted to the site but the page looks very weird (ugly) and the text about payment cancellation as well as the button to go back to the events page appear twice instead of once.

    Regards,

    Nick

    Hi Nick,
    Thanks for reposting here.

First of all, which versions of EM Mollie and PHP are you using? Just to make sure.

Also, as I posted on the other forum, there are some strange inconsistencies on your website. It seems the handling of payments vs bookings has a glitch somehow.

I think I recall an issue similar to this a few months back, but I can’t retrace it. That was caused by a content plugin that injected itself in the_content() somehow. What other plugins are you running?

    Hi Patrick,

I am using the latest version of all three if i am correct:
    events manager 5.9.5
    events manager pro 2.6.4.2
    events mananger for mollie 2.0.1

By changing the page after reservation payment back to the events page taht part is fixed since it dont want people to make an account.
By switching off the feedback messages in the mollie payment the double displaying of the feedback has returned to just displaying it once so that part is also solved.

    Issues for now:
when i try to make a reservation with a e-mail address that i have used before it says that i have to log in to be able to make reservations (even if the reservation that i made is cancelled), this is problem since i dont want people to make an account and if they cancel there reservation they should still be able to make a new one on another moment of for another event.

    Number 2:
Now that the double displaying of the feedback messsage is gone the visible message still remains in a strange place in the left bottom corner, leaving the texrt itself almost unreadable and it doenst look nice.

Looking forward to hear from you!

If you turn off the feedback messages, the Mollie add-on does nothing. So that is then 100% EM. I asked for a list of other plugins, not just the three. I think you are using a plugin that injects itself into the_content(), like I already mentioned.

You can test it by deactivating all other plugins, only leaving EM, EM Pro and Mollie on. If the layout is correct then, turn on the other plugin one by one, testing after every activation (a page refresh is probably enough, if the return URL is unchanged).

Allowing/disallowing bookings is (again) purely EM. This add-on does not come into action until the Booking Button is clicked. On my own website I do not use user registration either.
If a booking is cancelled but not deleted, the email address is still in the bookings array of that event. If you have set “Allow double bookings” to “no”, then a person will not be able to book for that event again until the previous booking (and its email address) have been deleted from EM.

That is simply explained by that in EM you can show all booking statuses. So, also the cancelled ones. “Allow Double Bookings” does not check the booking status, just the complete array.

I misread that part, here is a list of the plugins:
    adminimize
    advanced custom fields
    contact form 7
    contact form 7 mailchimp extension
    duplicate page
installer plugin (part of the theme, use to install the plugins that come with the theme: wp bakery, slider revolution, advanced custom fields)
    jetpack
    classic editor
    mollie payments for woocommerce
    silder revolution
    woocommerce
    woocommerce services
    wp full calender
    wp safe mode
    wp bakery page builder
    yoast (inactive)

I will check how it works with the plugins turned off and turn them one 1 by one.

As for the 2nd question: thank you for the feedback, i also had to switch on “allow registered email addresses to make reservations” but that part is solved.
Thank you so far! i am going to check the plugins to see if i can find out if i can fix this.

Its in the theme, with all plugins on or off makes no change, when i change the theme this message (about the booking status) disappears/is not there.
I am going to post this in the events manager pro support forum since it has nothing to do with this plugin as you mentioned.

    I will close this topic.
