Double click needed to open image in lightbox

Hello,

On the website where I use this (cool) plugin, the auto start carousel function is enabled. And on mobiles, it is mostly necessary to double click on images to make them load on lightbox.

I guess this has to do that the first click stops the carousel and the second oopens the image..

Is it somehow possible to change this behavior so that a single click opens the image?
