    Hello,

    On 22nd Feb 2023, between 10:14 and 10:45, 70 of my customers got charged for renewal of their subscriptions. Some of these customers already paid their renewal or cancelled their subscription or had failed transactions during the weeks prior of the 22nd.

    When checking Stripe with their support agent, we can see that the orders come from woocommerce. But when we search for the order number that is shown on Stripe, we can not find it on woocommerce. It doesn’t exist.

    Any ideas ?

    I understand that subscription products were renewed or paid again for your 70 customers even though these renewals were already paid or cancelled or failed, correct?

    Can you please share how subscription products were added to your site since this is not part of the core functions of WooCommerce?

    If you are referring to the premium plugin WooCommerce Subscriptions here and you have a valid license with us, can you please open a support request for us to investigate further about your issue.

    Otherwise, if this was from a third-party plugin, it would be best to reach out to the developers for further assistance here.

    We are using the premium plugin WooCommerce Subscriptions. We already opened a case and I talked to a woocommerce agent yesterday. The request is 5985185. No news since then.
